Steel Tube Buildings

At K&G Metals, we don’t cut corners—we build better from the ground up. Unlike many competitors who use smaller 2.25" square tubing and run wall metal horizontally (compromising structural strength), our steel-framed buildings are constructed with heavy-duty 2x3 galvanized steel tubing for increased durability and load capacity.


We reinforce each frame with 16-gauge hat channel on both the roof and walls, ensuring added rigidity and long-term performance. Our metal is placed vertically, which not only provides better drainage but also adds significant structural strength—making your building more resilient in harsh weather.

While other companies may use standard or pre-galvanized tubing, Gatorshield® offers a 125 MPH wind rating, superior weld integrity, and a shiny, clean appearance inside and out.

Reflective Insulation

Astro-Armour is our latest reflective insulation product to advance the technology for reflective materials by incorporating a high-density foam and UV inhibitors within an effective reflective material. Closed cell spray foam offers simple full-coverage insulation in various areas, including hard-to-reach spaces or irregular gaps in insulation. This high-density spray foam has a higher thermal insulation capacity (R-value) up to 7.5 per inch, providing greater racking strength, and air and moisture resistance. This denser spray foam insulation has slightly less expansion after application, making it ideal for small spaces. Closed cell spray foam may be applied in layers to achieve higher R-value and full gap coverage.
