Our Personal Barndominium Journey

We are the proud owners of K&G Metals, Inc and we have decided to build our own Barndominium!

View or pictures through each phase of our journey as we build a

40'W x 72'L x 12'H Barndo with a 26'W x 40'L x 10'H attached garage.

Phase 1 of Our Barndominium - Start Date 3/11/22

We have been married for over 17 years and lived in the same house since 2007. We decided to buy a farm in March of 2022 and build our Dream Home "Barndominium" :)

We are now starting the interior walls. We lost our metal team for a few weeks so we moved on to the interior.

Heating and Air set up ... shout out to Elite Heating and Cooling He did a great job!! We also have our soffit finished and prepping for more concrete. Huge shout out to Mitchell and his crew for all the concrete work!!!

Phase 9 of Our Barndominium

We are getting so close!!! We have cabinets (if you live near Ardmore TN call R&J Cabinets they Rock!!), flooring (shout out to Clint Turner), beams, trim, and smart lights (Thanks Pankey Tech Solutions and Lopez for all your hard work), and toilets (B&T Plumbing are the best)!!!! Phase 10 of Our Barndominium

LVP flooring is done, granite and quartz is completed (Rock-it City Granite) lights are still being completed, plumbing fixtures are going in (B&T Plumbing), tile is being laid (Clint Turner), railing and steps are in (SC Fabrications)!! Just a few weeks away now 😍
