2. Durability – Our barndominiums are built with heavy gauge steel and purlins. An all-steel home will be resistant to mold, rot, termites, and elements. When anchored to concrete, barndominiums will withstand wind up to 115MPH.
3. Speed - Barndominiums can be built quicker than most traditional homes. We can have your exterior shell built in 7-10 days from start of production. Once your shell is erected all work can be done under your roof (no weather delays).
4. Safety - Barndominiums have higher fire-resistant materials and withstand higher winds than a traditional build.
